As the founder, Gloria showcases remarkable project management expertise, effectively coordinating multiple research groups and overseeing all aspects of our initiatives. Her adeptness in navigating complex tasks, setting clear objectives, and managing deadlines has been instrumental in propelling the project forward.
Gloria's leadership prowess extends beyond the realm of research. She spearheads the project's marketing efforts, leveraging her strategic thinking and creative prowess to promote our mission and engage a wider audience. With her astute understanding of effective marketing strategies and excellent communication skills, Gloria contributes significantly to enhancing our project's visibility and impact.
Ada is a 26 years old from Italy. After a master's degree in 2021 in business and international cooperation with a thesis on human rights, history and international law, and a bachelor's degree in 2019 in linguistic mediation and intercultural communication with a thesis on the role of the mediator in non-governmental organizations; she works for a corporation while dedicating to IE.
Her previous experiences in eramus+ programs in Tallinn and Warsaw and non-profit organisations have been instrumental in shaping her viewpoints on inclusivity, which she defends through IE. With IE, she aims at bringing people closer to the institutions of the European Union and shaping the new generation's actions to change the future for the better.
Our Team Leaders
Representatives and ambassadors work closely with the sections' directors in carrying out the campaign while building relationships with stakeholders. More specifically, representatives are responsible to lead their section' project in their region, through organising events and through building relationships with local stakeholders. Ambassadors are in charge of promoting the sections' project and raising awareness around Inclusive Europe's aims, work and goals.
